摘　　要：目的:探究并发新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)的帕金森病患者精细化护理管理策略。方法:回顾总结感染新型冠状病毒(2019 novel coronavirus,2019-nCoV)的帕金森病患者在住院期间的治疗及护理方案,包括人力资源调配、院感防控、呼吸支持、基础护理等一般护理方案及营养、安全、用药、睡眠、心理、康复等专科护理方案。结果:通过制定并实施科学的护理管理策略,并发COVID-19的帕金森病患者在住院期间治疗与护理效果良好。结论:为提高并发COVID-19的帕金森病患者的救治成功率,实施精细化、专科化的护理管理策略至关重要。Objective:To explore the fine nursing management strategy for patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated by coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:Treatment and nursing programs for patients with Parkinson’s disease infected with2019 novel coronavirus during the hospitalization were reviewed and summarized,which contained general nursing programs such as human resource deployment,hospital sense prevention and control,respiratory support,basic care,and nutrition,and specialized nursing programs including safety,medication,sleep,psychology and rehabilitation.Results:After establishing and implementing scientific nursing management strategies,patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated by COVID-19 experienced good treatment and care during hospitalization.Conclusion:In order to enhance the success rate of patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated by COVID-19,it is important to implement a sophisticated and specialized nursing management strategy.
