金水宝联合缬沙坦治疗慢性高原肺心病心力衰竭的疗效及对神经内分泌因子及和肽素的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨金水宝联合缬沙坦治疗慢性高原肺心病心力衰竭疗效及对神经内分泌因子及和肽素的影响.方法收集96例慢性高原肺心病心力衰竭患者作为观察对象,回顾性分析其临床资料,按照治疗方案分为对照组46例和观察组50例.常规治疗基础上,对照组给予缬沙坦治疗,观察组给予金水宝联合缬沙坦治疗.治疗8周后观察相关指标.比较两组患者治疗前后心力衰竭临床疗效,左心室射血分数(LVEF)、神经内分泌因子及和肽素水平.结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组患者心力衰竭治疗总有效率及LVEF升高,组间比较都有统计学差异(P均<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组患者治疗后B型尿钠肽(BNP)、瘦素、嗜铬粒蛋白A等神经内分泌因子及和肽素水平降低,组间比较都有统计学差异(P均<0.05).结论金水宝联合缬沙坦在慢性高原肺心病心力衰竭患者中应用效果良好,能够有效缓解临床症状,改善心功能,并且能够减轻神经内分泌系统激活,降低和肽素水平,临床上值得应用.0bjective To investigate the curative efficacy of jinshuibao in combination with valsartan in patients with high altitude chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure and its influences on neuroendocrine factors and copeptin.Methods 96 patients with high altitude chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure were collected as observational objects.Retrospectively analyzing their clinical materials,those patients were divided into the control group with 46 cases and the observation group with 50 cases according to therapeutic schemes.Besides conventional treatment,the control group was given treatment of valsartan,while the observation group was given treatment of jinshuibao in combination with valsartan.After 8 weeks of treatment,related indexes were observed.Curative efficacy of heart failure,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),levels of neuroendocrine factors and copeptide were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the total effective rate of heart failure and LVEF in the observation group were significantly higher(both P<0.05).Compared with the control group,levels of neuroendocrine factors of B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),leptin,chromogranin A and copeptin in the.observation group were lower with statistical differences between the two groups(all P<0.05).Conc lus ion Jinshuibao combined with valsartan has well effect in patients with high altitude chronic cor pulmonale complicated with heart failure.It can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve heart function,and alleviate the activation of neuroendocrine system,reduce level of copeptin.And it is worthy of clinical application.
