摘 要:为确保饲料中霉菌总数检测结果的精确度,依据GB/T 13092-2006对饲料中霉菌总数进行检测,并对结果进行不确定度分析与评定。结果表明,当饲料中霉菌总数检测结果以平行样对数值的平均值表示时,其取值区间为3.8297±0.0307,其扩展不确定度为0.0307。霉菌总数的估算结果为6.3×103~7.2×103 CFU/g。文中建立的不确定度评定方法有利于完善饲料中霉菌总数测定结果的准确性。To ensure the accuracy of the detection results of molds count in feed,the molds count in feeds were detected,according to GB/T 13092-2006,the uncertainty of detection results of molds count in feed were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that,when the detection result of molds count in feed was expressed by the parallel for average value,the value range was 3.8297±0.0307,the expanded uncertainty was 0.0307.The estimation result of molds count was 6.3×103-7.2×103 CFU/g.Uncertainty evaluation is more favorable to improve the accuracy of the enumeration of molds count in feed.
