摘 要:目的探讨本体感觉训练对于慢性踝关节不稳患者运动功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2020年4月在浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院康复科门诊及住院的慢性踝关节不稳患者60例,按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组30例。对照组予以常规康复训练;试验组在对照组基础上增加踝关节本体感觉训练。比较两组治疗前与治疗后的4周腓肠肌表面肌电图(sEMG)平均肌电值(AEMG)、美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝一后足评分、Berg平衡量表评分。结果治疗后,两组腓肠肌AEMG值、踝关节AOFAS评分和Berg平衡量表评分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组治疗后的腓肠肌AEMG值、踝关节AOFAS评分和Berg平衡量表评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本体感觉训练能有效改善踝关节的运动功能,有效提高踝关节稳定性和患肢的平衡功能。Objective To explore the effect of proprioception training on the motor function of patients with chronic ankle instability.Methods From January 2016 to April 2020,60 patients with chronic ankle instability in the outpatient and inpatient department of the Rehabilitation of SIR Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to a random number table 30 cases.The control group received routine rehabilitation training;the experimental group added ankle proprioception training on the basis of the control group.The mean electromyography(AEMG),(sEMG)of gastrocnemius muscle surface before and 4 weeks after treatment were compared,American Society of Foot and Ankle Surgery(AOFAS)Ankle-Hindfoot Score,Berg Balance Scale score.Results After treatment,the gastrocnemius AEMG value,ankle joint AOFAS score and Berg balance scale score of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the gastrocnemius AEMG value and ankle joint AOFAS score of the test group after treatment And Berg balance scale scores were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Proprioception training can effectively improve the motion function of the ankle joint,and effectively improve the stability of the ankle joint and the balance function of the affected limb.
