摘　　要：目的探讨经颅磁治疗对抑郁症患者认知功能的影响。方法选取2017年6月至2019年8月本院收治的抑郁症患者100例,随机分为观察组(n=50)与对照组(n=50)。对照组采用草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用经颅磁治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后认知功能(MMSE)与汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化。结果治疗前,两组MMSE评分、HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗6周后,观察组MMSE评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.933,P=0.000);观察组HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.824,P=0.000)。结论经颅磁治疗抑郁患者具有显著的临床效果,有助于改善患者认知功能,缓解患者抑郁状态。Objective To investigate the effect of transcranial magnetic therapy on cognitive function in patients with depression.Methods 100 patients with depression admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to August 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with escitalopram oxalate tablets,and the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic therapy on the basis of the control group.The changes of cognitive function(MMSE)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the MMSE score and HAMD score between the observation group and the control group.After 6 weeks of treatment,the MMSE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.933,P=0.000).The HAMD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.824,P=0.000).Conclusion Transcranial magnetic therapy has significant clinical effects on patients with depression,which is helpful for improving patients'cognitive function and alleviating their depression.
