盐酸特比萘芬乳膏联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗甲真菌感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸特比萘芬乳膏联合伊曲康唑胶囊治疗甲真菌感染的疗效及对肝功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月在本院皮肤科接受治疗的180例甲真菌感染患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各90例,比较两组临床疗效和真菌学疗效,同时监测治疗前后两组肝功能指标。结果治疗6个月后,观察组总有效率为96.67%,显著高于对照组的87.78%(P<0.05)。通过对患者的真菌镜检及培养发现,观察组治愈率为95.56%,显著高于对照组的85.56%(P<0.05)。治疗前两组TBIL、ALT、AST比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组TBIL、ALT、AST均高于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TBIL、ALT低于对照组,AST高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论特比萘芬乳膏联合伊曲康唑治疗甲真菌感染的临床治疗效果更佳,值得推荐肝功能正常的人群在临床治疗中使用。Objeictive To investigate thetherapeutic efficacy of terbinafine hydrochloride cream combined with itraconazole capsule in the treatment of onychomycosis infection and its effect on liver function.Methods 180 patients with onychomycosis treated in Dermatology Department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and mycological efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the changes of liver function indexes were monitored before and after treatment.Results After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of the control group of 87.78%(P<0.05).Through fungal microscopy and culture of the patients,the cure rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.56%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TBIL,ALT and AST between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the TBIL,ALT and AST of the two groups were significantlyhigher than before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TBIL and ALT in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and AST was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbinafine cream combined with itraconazole has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of onychomycosis infection.It is worth recommending that people with normal liver function canbe used in clinical treatment.
