摘 要:为了评价新疆杂草黑麦对赤霉病抗性情况,筛选其中优异材料,对36个新疆杂草黑麦居群进行了赤霉病菌接种鉴定和农艺性状的相关性分析。结果表明,36个新疆杂草黑麦居群中3个居群89R14,89R51和90R2对赤霉病抗性表现中抗(MR),6个居群表现中感(MS),6个居群表现感(S),21个居群表现高感(HS)。新疆杂草黑麦粒长、粒宽、病粒率、千粒质量、单穗产量等指标与病情指数显著相关。由多元回归分析结果表明,随着籽粒感染数目的增多、病粒率增加,病情指数将提高,抗性则不断降低,千粒质量也将下降。研究为麦类作物赤霉病抗病育种提供了一定参考依据。In order to evaluate the FHB resistance of S.Cereale subsp.segetale and to select excellent materials,36-populations of S.Cereale subsp.segetale were identified on the resistance to FHB inoculated,and the correlation analysis of agronomic characters after FHB inoculation was carried out also in this study.The results showed that among all the materials,there were 3 medium FHB resistant(MR)populations,including 89R14,89R51 and 90R2,6 medium FHB sensitive(MS)populations,6 FHB sensitive(S)populations and 21 FHB highly sensitive(HS)populations,respectively.Grain length,grain width,diseased grain rate,1000-grain weight,single-ear yield index,were significantly associated with disease index after FHB inoculation.The multiple regression analysis showed that both disease rate and 1000-grain weight had a larger and important impact on the disease index and were relatively important characters.With the increase of the number of FHB infected grains,the rate of diseased grains increased,the disease index increased,the FHB resistance continued to decrease,and 1000-grain weight reduced.
