分油机故障分析及处理——以排渣口跑油为例

摘　　要：分油机是大型动力设备运行系统中的重要设备之一。大型动力设备的运行要合理控制运营成本,其所用的燃油或滑油质量一般都比较差。为了达到环保的目标,延长设备的使用寿命,满足日常的保养需求,需要净化劣质油。文章介绍了分油机的原理以及工作流程,并以排渣口跑油事故处理过程为例,分析了工程技术人员的故障处理过程,给出意见,希望为广大技术人员提供参考。Oil separator is one of the important equipment in the operation system of large power equipment.The operation cost of large-scale power equipment should be reasonably controlled,and the quality of fuel oil or lubricating oil used is generally poor.In order to achieve the goal of environmental protection,prolong the service life of the equipment and meet the needs of daily maintenance,it is necessary to purify the inferior oil.This paper introduces the principle and working process of oil separator,and analyzes the fault handling process of engineering and technical personnel by taking the treatment process of oil leakage accident at the slag outlet as an example,and gives opinions,hoping to provide reference for the majority of technical personnel.
