布地奈德雾化吸入联合中药散剂口服治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究布地奈德雾化吸入联合中药散剂口服治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法本次纳入2017年1月至2018年12月收治的120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组60例应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察组60例加用中药散剂治疗。将两组的中医症候积分、肺功能、临床疗效、不良反应发生率和1年复发率进行比对。结果观察组患儿治疗后的咳嗽积分、喘息积分均低于对照组,治疗后的FEV1、FVC、PEF、FEV1/FVC以及临床总有效率均高于对照组,1年复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率进行比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘实施布地奈德雾化吸入联合中药散剂治疗安全有效,可促进临床症状和肺功能的有效改善,降低1年复发率。Objective To study the clinical eff ect of budesonide atomization inhalation combined with traditional Chinese medicine powder on cough variant asthma in children.Method This study included 120 children with cough variant asthma admitted from January 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,60 cases in the control group were treated with budesonide atomization inhalation,and 60 cases in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine powder.The TCM symptom score,lung function,clinical effi cacy,adverse reactions and 1-year recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Result The cough score and wheezing score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the FEV1,FVC,PEF,FEV1/FVC and the total clinical eff ective rate after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate in 1-year was lower than that in the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared,the diff erence was not statistically signifi cant(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide atomization combined with traditional Chinese medicine powder is safe and eff ective in the treatment of cough variant asthma in children.It can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and pulmonary function,and reduce the recurrence rate of one year.
