摘　　要：高血压是临床常见的多发性疾病,作为心血管疾病中比较严重的类型,也是各种心脑血管疾病的高危因素,严重影响患者的身体健康,甚至诱发心理疾患,从而导致生活质量下降。尽管对高血压已有多年研究历史,临床治疗方案多种多样,但至今无彻底根治疗法。目前,临床治疗高血压常用的方案为:通过改善生活方式,选择合适的药物合理控制血压在正常范围,从而延长生存时间。为了进一步探究高血压治疗药物及其方法,本文进行了相关综述,重点对高血压疾病进行了概述,进而介绍几种常用药物及其应用方法,希望对高血压药物治疗有所借鉴。Hypertension is a common clinical multiple disease.As a more serious type of cardiovascular disease,it is also a high-risk factor for various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.It seriously aff ects the health of patients and even induces psychological disorders,which leads to declining quality of life.Although there have been many years of research history on hypertension and various clinical treatment options,there is no radical treatment.At present,the commonly used programs for clinical treatment of hypertension:through improving lifestyles and choosing appropriate drugs to reasonably control blood pressure in the normal range,thereby prolonging survival time.In order to further explore the drugs and methods for the treatment of hypertension,this article conducted a related review,focusing on an overview of hypertension,and then introduced several commonly used drugs and their application methods,hoping to learn from the treatment of hypertension.
