沙美特罗氟替卡松联合M胆碱受体阻断剂对重度COPD稳定期患者肺功能及6 min步行距离的影响

摘　　要：目的探究沙美特罗氟替卡松联合M胆碱受体阻断剂对重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者的影响。方法选取我院2013年12月至2019年1月收治的重度COPD稳定期患者260例,根据治疗方案不同可分为观察组(n=130,沙美特罗氟替卡松联合M胆碱受体阻断剂治疗)与对照组(n=130,沙美特罗氟替卡松治疗),治疗3个月后评估两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能[呼吸峰流量(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值百分比(FEV1%)]、炎性指标血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、6 min步行距离、生活质量(SGRQ)评分。结果治疗3个月后,观察组总有效率93.08%较对照组77.69%高(P <0.05);观察组FEV1%、PEF高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组血清CRP水平低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组6 min步行距离高于对照组,SGRQ低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论沙美特罗氟替卡松联合M胆碱受体阻断剂可有效改善重度COPD稳定期患者肺功能,减轻炎性反应,增强运动耐力,提升生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of salmeterol fluticasone combined with Mcholine receptor blockers on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 260 patients with stable COPD who were admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to January 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation groups according to different treatment options(n=130,salmeterol fluticasone combined with Mcholine receptor blocker)and control group(n=130,salmeterol fl uticasone treatment),after 3 months of treatment,the clinical effi cacy of the two groups,lung function before and after treatment[respiratory peak flow(PEF),first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1)percentage of predicted value(FEV1%)],inflammatory index serum C-reactive protein(CRP),6-min walking distance,quality of life(SGRQ)score.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total eff ective rate of the observation group was 93.08%higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The FEV1%and PEF of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The serum CRP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group 6-min walking distance was higher than the control group,and the SGRQ was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salmeterol fluticasone combined with Mcholine receptor blocker can eff ectively improve lung function,reduce infl ammation,enhance exercise endurance,improve quality of life in patients with severe COPD.
