常规凝血检验项目对异位妊娠大出血输血治疗不良反应监测的价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究常规凝血检验项目对异位妊娠大出血输血治疗不良反应监测的临床价值分析。方法选取2016年8月至2018年9月期间于我院接受治疗的200例异位妊娠大出血患者为本次研究对象,采用随机分配法,将200例异位妊娠大出血患者平均分成对照组100例与试验组100例,对比两组患者输血前后凝血功能指标数值以及输血前、后血常规指标数值。结果对照组患者治疗后纤维蛋白原水平、凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间以及活化部分凝血活酶时间,明显高于试验组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05;两组患者治疗前无明显差异,P> 0.05;对照组患者输血前血常规指标数值与试验组患者输血前血常规指标数值,无统计学意义,P> 0.05;对照组患者输血后血常规指标数值与试验组患者输血后血常规指标数值,无统计学意义,P> 0.05。结论对异位妊娠大出血患者,在输血前采取常规凝血检验项目,能有效判断患者输血后不良反应症状的发生,从而提高输血的安全性以及满意度评价。Objective To study the clinical value of routine coagulation test in monitoring the adverse reactions of blood transfusion in ectopic pregnancy.Methods Two hundred cases of ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage treated in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2018 were divided into control group 100 cases and experimental group 100 cases by random distribution method.The values of coagulation function before and after transfusion and blood routine before and after transfusion were compared between the two groups.Results Fibrinogen level,thrombin time,prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time in the control group were signifi cantly higher than those in the test group,P<0.05;there was no signifi cant diff erence between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;there was no signifi cant diff erence between the control group and the test group before blood transfusion,P>0.05;blood routine index value after blood transfusion was not statistically signifi cant,P>0.05.Conclusion Routine coagulation test before blood transfusion can eff ectively judge the occurrence of adverse reaction symptoms after blood transfusion and improve the safety and satisfaction evaluation of blood transfusion in patients with ectopic pregnancy bleeding.
