摘  要:目的分析健康教育路径在体检中心的应用价值。方法选取2017年4月至2019年4月于盘锦辽油宝石花医院体检中心进行身体检查的168名受检者,随机将其分观察组和对照组,各84名。观察组采用健康教育路径干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。比较两组受检者的体检效率、疾病检出率及体检服务满意度。结果观察组体检时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组疾病检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组体检服务满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组疾病知识掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论健康教育路径护理干预能够保证体检中心的护理质量,提高疾病检出率与体检效率,并能改善受检者的知识掌握度,获得其高度认可。Objective To analyze the value of health education pathway nursing in the physical examination center.Methods The subjects of this study were 168 persons who were admitted to the physical examination center from April 2017 to April 2019.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 84 persons in each group.The observation group received health education pathway,and the control group received routine nursing.The medical examination effi ciency,disease detection rate,and medical service satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The physical examination time of observation group was shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).The disease detection rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The knowledge mastery of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education pathway nursing can ensure the quality of nursing in the physical examination center,improve the detection rate of diseases and the efficiency of physical examination,and improve the knowledge mastery of the patients,so as to obtain their high recognition.
