孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法将2016年6月至2018年10月164例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为两组,每组82例,给予治疗组孟鲁司特钠治疗,对照组不使用孟鲁司特钠治疗。评价临床总疗效,并检测治疗前后患儿的肺通气功能和血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗后FEV1、FVC、VC均有不同程度的提高,并且治疗组FEV1、FVC均显著优于对照组,两组指标对比有统计差异(P <0.05),治疗组VC与对照组比较无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组治疗后血清IL-4、IL-5、TNF-α水平均明显降低,并且治疗组明显低于对照组,比较具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿变异性哮喘疗效显著,不仅可以改善肺通气功能,降低血清炎性因子。Objective To explore the effect of montelukast sodium on children with cough variant asthma.Methods From June 2016 to October 2018,164 children with cough variant asthma were randomLy divided into two groups,82 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with montelukast sodium and the control group was not treated with montelukast sodium.The total clinical effi cacy was evaluated,and the lung ventilation function and serum interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-5(IL-5),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels were measured before and after treatment.Results The clinical effi cacy of the treatment group was signifi cantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV1,FVC,and VC of the two groups were improved to diff erent degrees,and the treatment group FEV1,FVC were signifi cantly better than the control group,the two groups had statistical diff erences between the indicators(P<0.05),the treatment group VC and the control group were not statistically signifi cance(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-4,IL-5,and TNF-αwere signifi cantly reduced,and the treatment group was signifi cantly lower than the control group,and the comparison was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium is effective in the treatment of pediatric variant asthma,which can not only improve lung ventilation function and reduce serum infl ammatory factors.
