头孢菌素类药物联合其他药物致不良反应及解决对策

摘　　要：目的探讨头孢菌素类药物联合其他药物致不良反应及解决对策。方法随机抽取2018年3月至2019年3月沈阳二四五医院使用头孢菌素类药治疗的80例患者作为研究对象,将其中40例单独使用头孢菌素类药物治疗的患者作为对照组,将其中40例使用头孢菌素类药物联合其他药物治疗的患者作为观察组,比较两组不良反应发生情况,同时制订解决对策。结果观察组各不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);不同头孢菌素类药物联合其他药物所致不良反应发生率,头孢氨苄较高,头孢唑啉、头孢曲松、头孢克罗次之,头孢哌酮、头孢拉定最低,但差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。头孢菌素类药物联合其他药物致不良反应主要表现在消化系统、血液系统、神经系统、循环系统及泌尿系统等。结论孢菌素类药物联合其他药物致不良反应表现在多个系统,临床需针对不同药物采取不同干预措施,以有效降低头孢菌素类药物联合其他药物致不良反应的发生率。Objective To investigate the adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins combined with other drugs and the countermeasures.Methods Random selection our cephalosporins drugs to treat patients with 80 cases as the research object,40 cases of cephalosporins drugs alone treatment from March 2018 to March 2019 as control group,40 cases of cephalosporins drugs in combination with other drugs as observation group.The adverse reactions and formulate solutions of two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Among the adverse reactions caused by the combination of different cephalosporins and other drugs,cefampicin was higher,cefazoline,ceftriaxone and cefracolone were second,cefoperazone and cefracoladine were the lowest,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The adverse reactions caused by cephalosporins combined with other drugs mainly include digestive system,renal system,circulatory system and blood pressure system,etc.Conclusion The adverse reactions caused by the combination of cephalosporins and other drugs are manifested in multiple systems.Clinical interventions need to be taken for different drugs to effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions caused by the combination of cephalosporins and other drugs.
