替米沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗高血压伴阵发性心房颤动患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨替米沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗高血压伴阵发性心房颤动(AF)患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月在沈阳市第九人民医院就诊的84例高血压伴阵发性AF患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42,予以胺碘酮治疗)和观察组(n=42,在对照组基础上联合替米沙坦治疗),两组均随访6个月以上,比较两组治疗前后AF发作频率、持续时间、心房内径及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组AF发作次数低于对照组,AF持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组用药后左心房内经(LAD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论替米沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗高血压伴阵发性AF患者可获得显著的效果,能够减少AF的复发,抑制LAD的扩大。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of telmisartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of hypertension with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,84 patients with hypertension and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group(n=42,treated with amiodarone)and an observation group(n=42,combined with telmisartan on the basis of the control group).The two groups were followed up for 6 months,and the frequency,duration of atrial fi brillation,diameter of atrial and adverse reactions were compared.Results The frequency of atrial fibrillation attack in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of atrial fibrillation was lower than that in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).The left atrial internal diameter(LAD)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was no signifi cant(P>0.05).Conclusion Telmisartan combined with amiodarone in the treatment of hypertension with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation has a significant eff ect,it can reduce the recurrence of atrial fibrillation,inhibit the enlargement of left atrial diameter.
