摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦联合泼尼松对特发性肺纤维化患者肺功能改善的影响。方法 82例特发性肺纤维化患者均为2016年1月至2018年5月吉林市中心医院所治,根据不同治疗方案将其分为对照组(n=41,采用泼尼松治疗)和观察组(n=41,采用缬沙坦联合泼尼松治疗)。治疗6个月后比较两组患者的肺功能变化情况及疗效。结果观察组治疗有总效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC明显高于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论缬沙坦联合泼尼松治疗特发性肺纤维化患者可明显改善患者肺功能,提升疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan combined with prednisone on pulmonary function in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fi brosis.Methods A total of 82 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis were all treated in Jilin Central Hospital from January 2016 to May 2018.They were divided into control groups(n=41,prednisone treatment)and observations according to diff erent treatment plans Group(n=41,treated with valsartan combined with prednisone).After 6 months of treatment,the pulmonary function changes and effi cacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC of the observation group were signifi cantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan combined with prednisone in the treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fi brosis can signifi cantly improve the lung function and improve the curative effect.
