新鲜单采血小板和冷沉淀在临床出血中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析新鲜单采血小板和冷沉淀在临床出血中的应用效果。方法选取我院90例手术过程中大出血的患者作为研究对象,将他们平均分为3组,每组30例。在其他条件相同的情况下,血小板组大出血患者选择输送新鲜单采血小板进行止血治疗,冷沉淀组大出血患者选择输入冷沉淀进行止血治疗,联合组大出血患者选择输入新鲜单采血小板和冷沉淀来进行止血治疗,比较3组患者治疗后的止血情况、活化部分凝血活酶时间和凝血酶原时间。结果联合组患者的止血效果明显强于血小板组和冷沉淀组,而且联合组患者的APTT和PT相较于血小板组和冷沉淀组明显缩短,3组患者的治疗效果的有效率差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论选择新鲜单采血小板输送和冷沉淀的方法都能够发挥出止血的作用,但是其止血效果没有新鲜单采血小板联合冷沉淀的治疗方法效果显著,用时也比联合治疗组长,故新鲜单采血小板联合冷沉淀值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the application effect of fresh single-collected platelets and cryoprecipitate in clinical hemorrhage.Methods A total of 90 patients with massive hemorrhage during operation in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into 3 groups on average,30 patients in each group.Under other conditions are the same,platelet group hemorrhage patients choose fresh single-collected platelets hemostatic treatment,cryoprecipitate group hemorrhage patients choose input cryoprecipitate hemostatic therapy,the joint group patients with massive hemorrhage input fresh single-collected platelet and cryoprecipitate treatment,compare the situation of bleeding in three groups of patients after treatment part,activated clotting time live enzymes and thrombin time.Results The hemostatic effect of the combined group was significantly better than that of the platelet group and the cryoprecipitation group,and the APTT and PT of the combined group were signifi cantly shorter than that of the platelet group and the cryoprecipitation group,and the eff ective rate difference of the treatment effect of the three groups was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The choice of freshcollected platelets delivery and cryoprecipitation can play a role in hemostasis,but its hemostasis eff ect is not as signifi cant as that of fresh platelets combined with cryoprecipitation,and the time is longer than that of the combined treatment.Fresh single-collected platelets combined with cryoprecipitation is an application worthy of promotion.
