临床免疫检验质量的影响因素与应对策略

摘　　要：目的探讨免疫检验质量的影响因素与应对策略。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选取2018年1月至2019年12月抚顺市中医院收治的86例接受免疫检验的患者作为研究对象,根据质量控制方法的不同分为研究组和对照组,每组43例。研究组给予全程质量控制,对照组给予常规质量控制,比较两组免疫检验样本合格率及相关指标变异系数。结果研究组免疫检验样本合格率为97.67%,对照组为83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及糖类抗原199(CA199)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论影响免疫检验质量的因素有检验人员技术、检验设备性能等。在免疫检验过程中实施全程质量控制,可提高免疫检验合格率,为临床诊断提供参考依据。Objective To investigate the factors influencing the quality of immunetests and coping strategies.Methods Using retrospective analysis,86 patients from our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the quality control method,they were divided into a research group(43 cases,given full quality control)and a control group(43 cases,given regular quality control).The qualifi cation rate of the two groups of immunoassay samples and the coefficient of variation of related indicators were compared.Results The qualifi cation rate of the immunoassay in the research group was 97.67%,in the control group was 83.72%,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The coeffi cients of CEA,AFP,CA125,CA199 in the reseach group were lower than those in the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Factors that affect the quality of immunoassays include inspectors and inspection equipment.The implementation of quality control throughout the immunoassay can improve the qualifi cation rate of the immunoassay and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.
