血脂清对痰瘀互结H型高血压患者血管内皮素和炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨血脂清颗粒联合依那普利叶酸片对痰瘀互结H型高血压患者血管内皮素和炎性因子的影响。方法选择2018年6月至2019年6月在我科住院的痰瘀互结H型高血压患者152例。采用随机数字表法将研究对象分成观察组和对照组,每组76例。对照组采用依那普利叶酸片治疗。每日2次,1片/次。观察组在对照组的基础上联合血脂清颗粒治疗。血脂清颗粒每日3次,1包/次。3个月为一个疗程。比较两组患者治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压以及血清TNF-α、IL-6、ET-1、NO水平。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,血清ET-1水平、TNF-α和IL-6水平均低于对照组,血清NO水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论痰瘀互结H型高血压患者应用血脂清颗粒联合依那普利叶酸片的降压效果优于单用依那普利叶酸片的效果。血脂清颗粒可能是通过维持NO/ET-1比例平衡、减轻炎性反应等机制保护血管舒缩功能,从而达到间接降压效果。Objective To investigate the effect of xuezhiqing granules combined with enalapril folic acid tablets on vascular endothelin and infl ammatory factors in patients with H-type hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,152 patients with phlegm and blood stasis H-type hypertension hospitalized in our department were selected.Random number table method was used to divide the research subjects into observation group and control group,with 76 cases in each group.The control group was treated with enalapril folic acid tablets.2 times a day,1 tablet each time.The observation group was combined with xuezhiqing granules on the basis of the control group.Xuezhiqing granules 3 times a day,1 packet each time.3 months is a course of treatment.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6,ET-1,and NO were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than the control group,the serum ET-1 level,TNF-αand IL-6 levels were lower than the control group,and the serum NO level was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion The blood pressure-reducing eff ect of xuezhiqing granules combined with enalapril folic acid tablets in patients with H-type hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis is better than single enalapril folic acid tablets.Xuezhiqing granules may protect the vasomotor function by maintaining the balance of NO/ET-1 ratio and reducing infl ammation,so as to achieve indirect blood pressure reduction.
