手术室综合护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗中的意义

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室综合护理在腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗中的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连大学附属新华医院就诊的40例接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的患者,随机将其分为对照组(n=20,采取常规护理)和试验组(n=20,采取手术室综合护理)。比较两组手术相关情况和护理满意度。结果试验组护理满意度优于对照组,P <0.05;试验组手术时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组,均P <0.05。结论对接受腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的患者采取手术室综合护理,可提高护理满意度,缩短手术时间、术后肠道功能恢复时间及住院时间。Objective To investigate the significance of comprehensive nursing in operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 40 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divide them into the control group(n=20,taking regular care)and the experimental group(n=20,taking comprehensive care in the operating room).The operation situation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The satisfaction nursingof the experimental group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.The operation time,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,length of hospital stay in the experimental group were shorter than the control group,all P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing in operating room can improve nursing satisfaction for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer,and reduce the operation time,postoperative intestinal function recovery time,and length of hospital stay.
