流程化护理干预在白内障日间手术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析流程化护理干预在白内障日间手术中的应用效果。方法选择2018年2月至2019年2月在抚顺市眼病医院进行白内障日间手术的258例患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组129例。观察组给予流程化护理干预,对照组给予常规护理干预。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,两组患者的心理状态评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,组内与组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组各项护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组护理舒适度为97.67%,高于对照组的91.47%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于对照组,治疗费用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对白内障日间手术患者应用流程化护理干预可显著改善其心理状态,提高护理质量与舒适度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the application effect of procedural nursing intervention in cataract day surgery.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,258 cataract patients who were admitted to our hospital were enrolled.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 129 cases in each group.The observation group was given procedural nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.The effect of nursing between two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the scores of mental state of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and observation group was lower than control group,there was a signifi cant diff erence between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing comfort of observation group was 97.67%higher than that of control group was 91.47%(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the cost of treatment was less than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Procedural nursing for cataract patients undergoing daytime surgery can improve their psychological state,improve the quality and comfort of nursing,and has high application value.
