摘  要:本文用二乙醇胺改性四官能团环氧树脂MF-4101H,采用自乳化法制备耐高温型环氧树脂乳液。研究了二乙醇胺的最佳用量、反应工艺参数对实验结果的影响。结果表明,当环氧树脂与二乙醇胺按摩尔比为1∶3时,所制备的耐高温型环氧树脂上浆剂的乳液稳定性最好;最佳反应条件为80℃下反应2.5 h;与未上浆的碳纤维相比,上浆后的碳纤维表面的沟槽浅,表面缺陷也显著降低;上浆后的碳纤维所制备的复合材料层合板在160℃高温下,层间剪切强度仍能保持65%以上。A tetra-functional epoxy resin MF-4101H was modified with di-ethanolamine,and a high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by a self-emulsification method.The effects of the amount of di-ethanolamine and the reaction process parameters on the experimental results were studied.The results show that when the epoxy resin and di-ethanolamine have a molar ratio of 1∶3,the emulsion stability of the prepared high temperature resistant epoxy resin sizing agent is the best.The optimal reaction conditions are 2.5 h at 80℃.Compared with the un-sized carbon fiber,the grooves on the surface of the sized carbon fiber are shallow,and the surface defects are also significantly reduced.At 160℃,the composite laminates prepared from sizing carbon fibers can still maintain inter-laminar shear strength above 65%.
