摘  要:文中采用连续苎麻纤纱线编织苎麻平纹织物(RP140)、苎麻斜纹织物(RT140)、苎麻纤维/玻璃纤维混编织物(ZB190),并以基于松香酸酐的生物质环氧树脂为基体通过热熔法制备了相应的预浸料。采用模压法制备了复合材料层合板,经力学性能检测,结果表明苎麻单向复合材料的强度和模量均远高于苎麻平纹织物和斜纹织物复合材料的性能,苎麻斜纹织物复合材料的性能优于苎麻平纹织物复合材料的性能。苎麻纤维和玻璃纤维混编织物与苎麻织物相比,其拉伸模量、弯曲模量分别提高了32%和42%。苎麻复合材料强度比玻璃纤维复合材料低,但比模量明显高于玻璃纤维复合材料。In this work,ramie plain fabric(RP140),ramie twill fabric(RT140),ramie and glass fiber hybrid fabric(ZB190)were prepared by continuous yarn ramie,and also prepreg using above fabrics as reinforcement and rosin sourced bio-based epoxy resin as matrix were fabricated.The composite laminates were prepared by hot press process,and also the mechanical property were measured.The testing results show that the strength and modulus of ramie unidirectional composite are all far higher than those of ramie fabrics,such as ramie plain fabric and ramie twill fabric reinforced composites.The mechanical performance of ramie plain fabric composite are little higher than those of ramie twill fabric composite.Compared with the mechanical performance of ramie fabric composites,the tensile modulus and flexural modulus of ramie yarn and glass fiber hybrid fabric composites are increased by 32%and 42%,respectively.The strength of ramie yarn composite is lower than that of glass fiber composite,but the specific modulus of ramie yarn composite is obviously higher than that of glass fiber composite.
