摘  要:针对胡萝卜种子体积小、质量轻、形状不规则且种群中含有杂质,以及传统排种器难以实现精量播种、容易造成堵塞型孔等问题,设计了一种气力圆盘式胡萝卜精量排种器。通过理论分析与计算,确定了胡萝卜排种盘、充种装置、清种装置与清堵装置的结构及其关键结构参数,并将所设计的排种器安装在自行设计的试验台进行台架试验,验证其排种性能。该设计可满足胡萝卜种子精量播种的要求,为小籽粒不规则蔬菜种子的精量播种提供了重要参考。Considering the small size,light weight,irregular shape and impurities in the carrot seeds,traditional metering device was difficult to achieve precision seeding and easy to cause blockage hole.A pneumatic high-speed precision metering device for carrot was designed in this paper.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the structure and key structural parameters of carrot seed metering tray,seed filling device,seed cleaning device and plugging removal device were determined.The seed metering device was installed on a self-designed test bench to test its seeding performance.The design meet the requirement of precision seeding of carrot seeds and provided an important reference for precision seeding of irregular small-grain vegetable seeds.
