摘　　要：定点追踪式移栽机浇水机构用于改进现有移栽浇水方式,保证在移栽设备行进过程中仍能实现浇水出口在某个时间段内相对移栽烟苗无相对运动,实现此相对时间范围内浇水至烟苗根部。本结构设计采用后桥取力,通过传感器电路控制电磁离合器辅助动力传递,具有工作性能稳定、相对定位无累计误差、调整简单、故障率低、浇水位置精确及浇水动作响应迅速等优点,较好地满足了烟苗移栽机移栽后浇水需求;同时,克服了现有移栽浇水设备浇水效果差、可用灌溉水损失量大、浇水位置精度低及浇水冲击大等缺点。The watering mechanism of the fixed-point tracking type transplanting machine is designed to improve the existing transplanting and watering mode,and to ensure that there is no relative movement of the watering outlet in the transplanting equipment during the certain period of time.Ensure that this relative time range is watered to the roots of the tobacco seedlings.The structure design adopts the rear axle to take power,and the electromagnetic circuit assists the power transmission through the sensor circuit,and has the advantages of stable working performance,no cumulative error in relative positioning,simple adjustment,low failure rate,accurate watering position,and quick response of watering action.It is better to meet the watering requirements of the transplanting machine after dry transplanting,and overcome the shortcomings of poor watering effect of existing transplanting and watering equipment,large loss of available irrigation water,low precision of watering position and large watering impact.
