摘 要:玉米扎穴精播技术可以减少土壤扰动、降低投种高度、减少动力消耗、解决开沟器易被田间杂物缠问题,实现玉米的精量播种。为此,以扎穴式玉米精播机为研究对象,通过土槽试验,分析了扎穴机构的结构参数,研究了扎穴机构对成穴质量的影响规律。以开合销安装角度、成穴鸭嘴入土深度、成穴鸭嘴锥角为影响因子,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计方法,分析出机构各参数对成穴质量的影响规律,并得出参数优化组合区间:开合销安装角度5°~13°,成穴器入土深度100~118mm,成穴器锥角15°。优化后的参数可满足玉米播种的性能要求,为进一步研究提供了依据。To get around the problem of the serious disturbance of the soil,great seeding height,high consumption,and the opener is easy to be intertwined by the field sundries when ditching to plant corn,a pressure type mechanism of corn hill-drop planter is developed realize precise sowing of corn.By using the box experiment,analyzed the working parameters of the opening structure,studyed rule of the influence of the parameter to indenting quality.Make forward speed of the machine,soil depth of the opening structure,taper angel of it as impact factor,with the Box-Behnken center combination experimental design methods,the influence rule on the quality of cover earth for the process parameters was analyzed.Get parameter optimization combination range:opening and closing pin installation Angle 5~13,cavitation device capacity 100 mm to118 mm,cavitation device 15°.Optimizing parameters meet the performance requirements of corn planting,provide the foundation for further research.The primary performance testing of the complete machine will be conducted.
