摘  要:为推进宁夏地区葡萄产业机械化进程,针对葡萄施肥过程中机械存在的施肥深度不足、开沟施肥不能一体、排肥量小及肥料箱容量小等问题,研发了一种适用于宁夏地区葡萄种植的葡萄厩肥施肥机。通过对葡萄种植模式及施肥农艺要求的调研分析,确定施肥机的功能需求,进而确定了其总体设计方案。施肥机以轮式拖拉机为动力,采用牵引式挂接,大容量肥料箱内的输肥绞龙在拖拉机动力输出轴的驱动下强制搅拌排肥以防止厩肥架空,实现大排肥量的功能。同时,在肥料箱支撑轮后置立式螺旋开沟器,实现开沟施肥一体化作业。In order to promote the mechanization process of grape industry in Ningxia and solve the problems of insufficient depth of fertilization,not integrated with trenching and fertilization,small amount of fertilizer and small capacity of fertilizer tank during the grape fertilization process.A new grape farmyard manure fertilizer application machine for grape growing in Ningxia has been designed.By analyzing the grape planting mode and fertilization agronomic requirements we determined the overall design.The Fertilizer application machine is powered by a wheeled tractor with a traction type connection.The fertiliser auger in the large-capacity fertilizer tank is forced to stir and fertilize under the driving of the tractor power output shaft.In order to prevent the manure from being overhead and to achieve large discharge capacity.Vertical spiral opener is installed at the rear of the fertilizer tank support wheel to achieve the integration of trenching and fertilization.
