摘 要:[目的]构建食管癌病人围术期营养护理循证实践方案。[方法]系统检索国内外食管癌病人围术期营养护理相关指南,双人对指南质量进行评价后,提取相关证据及推荐意见形成营养护理实践方案初稿。召开专家小组会议,逐一审核证据的可行性、有效性,修订后形成方案终稿。[结果]营养护理实践方案包括入院、术前、术后、出院4个阶段,内容包括营养风险筛查与营养评估、营养需求评估、吞咽困难评估、明确营养治疗方案、肠内营养、肠外营养、伦理、术前是否禁食、相关症状管理、健康教育等模块,共61项条目,其中33项A级推荐,28项B级推荐。[结论]本研究构建的食管癌病人围术期营养护理循证实践方案内容全面,科学性、临床适用性较强。Objective:To develop evidence⁃based practice plan for perioperative nutritional nursing of patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:Guidelines for perioperative nutritional nursing of patients with esophageal cancer in China and abroad were systematically searched quality of guidelines were evaluated by two researchers nutritional.Nursing practice plan formed by extracting relevant evidence and recommendations.Feasibility and effectiveness of evidence was reviewed one by one during expert group meeting.And the final plan was formed after revision.Results:The nutritional nursing practice plan included four stages of admission,preoperative,postoperative,and discharge.It's modules included nutritional risk screening and nutritional assessment,nutritional needs assessment,assessment of dysphagia,clear nutritional treatment plan,enteral nutrition,parenteral nutrition,ethics,whether or not fasting before surgery,related symptom management and health education,involving 61 items.Among which,there were 33 A⁃level recommendations and 28 B⁃level recommendations.Conclusions:Evidence⁃based practice plan for perioperative nutritional nursing of patients with esophageal cancer constructed in this study is comprehensive and scientific,which could be applied into clinical practice.
