疾病多维度反刍思维量表的汉化及信效度评价

摘　　要：[目的]对疾病多维度反刍思维量表(MRIS)进行汉化,验证该量表汉化后的信效度。[方法]获得MRIS原量表作者授权后,根据Brislin翻译模型逐步进行汉化。采用便利抽样法选取辽宁省大连市某三级甲等医院263例住院病人作为研究对象,对中文版MRIS进行信效度检验。[结果]中文版MRIS总Cronbach'sα系数为0.949,各维度Cronbach'sα系数均大于0.8;总量表分半信度为0.923,各维度分半信度均大于0.7;总量表重测信度为0.792。量表条目内容效度指数(I⁃CVI)为0.83~1.00,量表平均内容效度指数(S⁃CVI/Ave)为0.979。以反刍思维反应量表作为效标评价中文版MRIS的效标关联效度,中文版MRIS总分与反刍思维反应量表总分呈正相关,相关系数为0.192(P<0.01)。验证性因子分析得出,模型适配度指标卡方自由度比(χ2/df)=2.355,均方根残差(RMSEA)=0.076,调整适配度指标值(AGFI)=0.680达到适配标准。[结论]中文版MRIS包括3个维度,共41个条目,量表具有良好的信效度,各项指标均达到统计学测量可接受范围,可用于我国躯体疾病病人的反刍思维评估。Objective:To translate the Multidimensional Rumination in Illness Scale(MRIS)into Chinese and verify its reliability and validity.Methods:After obtaining authorization of the original author of MRIS,it would gradually be translated into Chinese according to Brislin translation model.A total of 263 inpatients in a tertiary A hospital in Dalian in Liaoning province,was selected as research subjects by convenience sampling method.Reliability and validity of Chinese version of MRIS was tested.Results:The total Cronbach'sαcoefficient of Chinese version of MRIS was 0.949.And the Cronbach'sαcoefficient of each dimension was above 0.8.The split⁃half reliability coefficient of total scale was 0.923,and split⁃half reliability coefficient of each dimension was above 0.7.The test⁃retest reliability of total scale was 0.792.The item⁃level content validity indexes(I⁃CVI)of the scale were from 0.83 to 1.00.And scale⁃content validity index/average(S⁃CVI/Ave)of the scale was 0.979.The Ruminative Response Scale was used as criterion to evaluate correlation degree of criterion of Chinese version of MRIS.The total score of Chinese version of MRIS was positively correlated with total score of Ruminative Response Scale,with correlation coefficient of 0.192(P<0.01).The confirmatory factor analysis showed that chi⁃square degree of freedom ratio(χ2/df)was 2.355.Root mean square residual(RMSEA)was 0.076.And adjust the goodness of fit index(AGFI)was 0.680.Which met the adaptation standards.Conclusions:The Chinese version of MRIS contained 3 dimensions,involving 41 items.The scale had good reliability and validity.And each indicator reached acceptable range of statistical measurement.The Chinese version of MRIS could be used for evaluation of ruminant thinking in patients with physical diseases in China.
