HIV阳性病人创伤后成长现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)阳性病人创伤后成长现状,并分析其影响因素。[方法]使用自行设计的一般资料调查表、疾病相关情况调查表、创伤后成长量表(PTGI)、领悟社会支持量表、事件相关反刍性沉思问卷对上海市公共卫生临床中心561例HIV阳性病人进行问卷调查。[结果]HIV阳性病人PTGI总分为(47.93±23.55)分,处于较低水平;社会支持总分(55.13±14.49)分;反刍性沉思总分(28.66±15.50)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示:HIV阳性病人的居住情况、社会支持总分、目的性反刍性沉思进入回归方程,可解释创伤后成长总变异的26%。[结论]HIV阳性病人可获得较低程度的创伤后成长,且居住情况、社会支持、目的性反刍性沉思均可预测病人的创伤后成长水平。Objective:To investigate status quo of post-traumatic growth of HIV-positive patients,and to analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 561 HIV positive patients in Shanghai public health clinical center,were taken questionaire survey by self⁃designed general data questionnaire,disease⁃related information table,post⁃traumatic growth inventory(PTGI),perceived social support scale and event⁃related rumination inventory.Results:Total score of PTGI of HIV⁃positive patients was 47.93±23.55,which was at a lower level.Total score of perceived social support was 55.13±14.49.Total score of rumination meditation was 28.66±15.50.Multiple step⁃up regression analysis showed that residence condition,total score of social support,and purposive rumination of HIV positive patients entered regression equation.These three could make an explain for 26%of total variation of post⁃traumatic growth.Conclusions:A lower level of post-traumatic growth could be observed in HIV positive patients.It was suggested that residence condition,perceived social support and purposive rumination could provide a prediction for the level of post⁃traumatic growth of HIV positive patients.
