摘  要:为科学评价各临床科室疾病诊断相关组的(Diagnosis Related Groups,DRGs)绩效考核数据,应用时间分割法对转科患者接受的诊疗服务进行分割,将转科因素纳入临床科室DRGs绩效考核指标,在此基础上分别计算转经科室的出院人次、疑难病例人次和病例组合指数,科学、合理地体现临床科室的业务量和服务成本。For scientific evaluation of DRGs performance assessment data of the clinical departments,the medical services of department transferring patients were divided by time.Department transferring was included as the indicator of DRGs performance assessment data of the clinical departments.The number of discharge cases,intractable cases,and case mix index of the clinical departments were calculated to reflect the workload and service cost of clinical departments scientifically and reasonably.
