医院寄售类耗材管理的改进与思考

摘　　要：目的优化医院寄售类耗材采购流转管理流程,科学、高效地管理医院寄售类耗材的流通环节。方法有针对性地梳理既有流程,发现其漏洞与不足,完善规则,提高寄售类耗材闭环管理的精细化程度。结果完善的流程实现了寄售类耗材院内流转的全程可追溯,提高了库房管理人员的专业水平,明显降低了耗材的灭失情况。结论医院寄售类耗材的科学化、精细化管理,能够有效提高高值耗材管理质量和服务水平,可为医院创造更多的社会效益和经济效益。Objective To optimize the management process of consignment medical consumables from purchase to circulation,to realize scientific and efficient management.Methods The existing management process was sorted out to identify its loopholes and shortcomings,and then the rules were improved to increase the refinement degree of closed-loop management of consignment medical consumables.Results The perfect process achieved the whole process traceability of consignment medical consumables circulating in the hospital,improved the professional level of warehouse management personnel,and significantly reduced the loss of consumables.Conclusion The scientific and refined management of hospital consignment medical consumables can effectively improve the management quality and service level of high-value consumables and create more social and economic benefits for the hospital.
