摘  要:西藏拥有丰富的卤虫资源,其孵化受多种因素的影响,最重要的是温度和盐度.内陆盐湖除了含有钠盐外,还含有较多的钾、钙、镁等盐类.在最适温度下,向不同浓度梯度的孵化液中分别添加KCl,CaCl 2,MgCl 2以检测不同浓度的K^+,Ca^2+,Mg^2+对西藏卤虫孵化率的影响.结果表明,无论何种浓度的K+都显著降低西藏卤虫的孵化率,适量的Ca^2+或Mg^2+能够促进西藏卤虫的孵化,高或低浓度的Ca^2+或Mg^2+可降低西藏卤虫的孵化率.Tibet has rich Artemia resources.The hatching rate of Artemia is affected by many factors,the most important of which are temperature and salinity.Inland salt lakes contain not only sodium salt,but also potassium,calcium,magnesium and other salts.At the optimum temperature,KCl,CaCl 2 and MgCl 2 were added in to the incubation solution with different concentration gradient to inspect the effects of K^+,Ca^2+and Mg^2+on the hatching rates of Artemia in Tibet.The results showed that no matter what concentration of K+,the hatching rate of Artemia in Tibet is significantly decreased,the hatching rate of Artemia in Tibet is increased by appropriate Ca^2+or Mg^2+,and the hatching rate of Artemia is decreased by too high or too low concentration of Ca^2+or Mg^2+.
