某医院2015年-2019年儿童传染病住院患者分析

摘　　要：目的分析宁夏医科大学某医院儿童传染病住院患者病案信息,为儿童传染病管理提供科学依据。方法收集某医院2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日2194例0岁~14岁儿童传染病住院患者病案首页数据库资料,根据年份和出院诊断的ICD-10编码进行分类和顺位分析。结果 2015年1月1日-2019年12月31日该院共收治甲类传染病0例、乙类传染病14种(536例)、丙类传染病5种(1544例)和水痘(114例);男性患儿1376例、女性患儿818例。手足口病(共767例,占34.94%)和其他感染性腹泻(共726例,占33.09%)每年均位于儿童传染病住院患者前2疾病顺位;死亡患儿5例,均死于手足口病(EV71感染)危重症。结论根据儿童传染病病种分布特点,应重点加强手足口病和其他感染性腹泻的健康宣教和防治工作,落实医院传染防控措施。Objectives To analyze the information of children inpatients with infectious diseases in our hospital, and provide scientific basis for the management of children infectious diseases in our hospital.Methods To collect the information of 2194 children inpatients from 0 to 14 years old with infectious diseases of our hospital in from January 1 st, 2015 to December 31 st,2019 from the home database medical records, classify and analyze the information according to the year and the ICD-10.Results From January 1 st, 2015 to December 31 st,2019, our hospital reported 0 case of category A infectious diseases,14 kinds of category B infectious diseases(536 cases), 5 kinds of category C infectious diseases(1544 cases) and 114 cases of chicken pox;1376 cases of boys and 818 cases of girls. Hand-foot-mouth disease(767 cases,34.94%) and other infectious diarrhea(726 cases, 33.09%) always located in the first two places in children inpatients with infectious diseases. 5 death cases of hand-foot-mouth disease(EV71).Conclusions According to the characteristics of the distribution of children infectious diseases, we should strengthen the health education and prevention of hand-foot-mouth disease, as well as other infectious diarrhea, implement the provisions of infection control.
