摘 要:目的分析某院儿童肾脏内科疾病谱的变化,为加强重大疾病及发病率上升疾病的防控提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2014年1月1日-2019年12月31日儿童肾脏内科住院患儿性别,年龄,疾病诊断等资料,从患儿年龄分布、性别构成、病种统计人次及占比等方面比较疾病谱变化。结果儿童肾脏内科住院数量逐年上升,男女比例为1.87:1,7岁~14岁为最多(1202人次,占比47.36%);原发性肾小球疾病所占数量最大,呈上升趋势;其中肾病综合征、Ig A肾病呈上升趋势,而孤立性血尿及孤立性蛋白尿呈下降趋势。结论某院近6年住院的儿童肾脏内科疾病谱发生了变化,我们应当对患儿疾病谱的变化有相应的了解和应对措施,监控重点疾病和发病率上升的疾病,从而做到早发现、早治疗,提高儿童肾脏内科疾病的诊断能力和临床治愈率。Objectives To observe the change of disease spectrum of children’s nephrology department in a hospital and to provicle scientific basis for streng thening the prevention and control of major diseases and diseases with rising incidence.Methods The data of sex, age and diagnosis of the hospitalized children in nephrology department from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. The changes of disease spectrum were compared from the aspects of age distribution, gender composition, disease statistics and proportion.Results The number of inpatients in children’s nephrology department was increasing year by year, and the proportion of men and women is 1.87:1. 7-14 years old was the most(1202 person times, 47.36%). The number of primary glomerular diseases was the largest, showing an upward trend. In nephrotic syndrome, Ig A nephropathy showed an upward trend, while isolated hematuria and isolated albuminuria showed a downward trend.Conclusions The disease spectrum of children’s nephrology department in the past 6 years had changed. We should have a corresponding understanding of the changes in the spectrum of the disease and the corresponding measures to monitor the diseases with increased incidence rate and key diseases, so as to achieve early detection, early treatment and improve the cure rate.
