摘 要:为了确保船舶的航行安全,需要进一步去优化船用舵机的操纵性能。本文以某轮泵控型三菱FE-T050舵机为例,设计一套基于PLC的船用液压舵机控制系统。采用该控制系统的液压舵机,表现出转舵速度快、舵角稳定性好和抗干扰强等优点,可以考虑在船舶甲板机械等其它液压设备上推广应用。In order to ensure the navigation safety of the ship,it is necessary to further optimize the steering performance of the ship.In this paper,a Marine hydraulic steering gear control system based on PLC is designed by taking a pump controlled mitsubishi FE-T050 steering gear as an example.The hydraulic steering gear of this control system shows the advantages of fast speed,good stability of rudder Angle and strong anti-interference and it could be used in other hydraulic equipment such as ship deck machinery.
