摘  要:设计了一种舰载光电跟踪仪伺服控制系统,该系统的主控制器为TI公司的TMS320F2812,采用超前-滞后相结合的融合PID算法,两个串口RS422分别与上位机和跟踪器通讯,旋转变压器实现位置闭环,光纤陀螺实现速度闭环,实时对海面区域进行观察、目标跟踪和视频记录。该设计充分发挥了DSP的高速运算、适合复杂算法的特点,伺服控制系统的响应速度快、超调量小、振荡次数少、跟踪精度和稳定精度高,保证了系统的动态性能和静态性能。In this system,TI’s TMS320 F2812 is used as the main controller,and a fusion PID algorithm combining lead-lag is adopted.The two serial ports RS422 communicate with the upper computer and the tracker respectively,the rotating transformer realizes the position closed loop,the fiber optic gyro realizes the speed closed loop,and the sea area is observed,tracked and video recorded in real time.The design takes full advantage of the high-speed operation of DSP and is suitable for complex algorithm.The servo control system has high response speed,small overshoot,less oscillation times,high tracking precision and stable precision,the dynamic performance and static performance of the system are guaranteed.
