摘 要:针对某钢厂特定的四流长间距中间包,在设计湍流控制器内腔形状时需要权衡束流效果以及远流钢液更新即中间包流场的影响。以水模试验为主,数模试验为辅,探究了不同内腔形状的湍流控制器对长间距中间包内流场的影响。研究结果表明:在平衡束流效果以及远流钢液更新方面,四边形比圆环形和八边形的湍流控制器更适合某钢厂特定的四流长间距中间包;且发现湍流控制器束流强弱的规律为:圆环形>八边形>四边形;提出了湍流控制器除了原本的束流功能外还具有钢流改向的作用。Considering the four-flow long-pitch tundish of a certain steel mill,the effect of beam flow and the influence of the flow field in tundish of the far flow liquid steel update should be weighed when designing the shape of the inner cavity of the turbulence controller. The influence of different inner cavity shape of turbulence controller on the flow field in long-pitch tundish was explored with water model experiments and mathematical model experiment. This research demonstrated that,in terms of the balance beam effect and the renewal of the far flowing liquid steel,the quadrilateral turbulence controllers was more suitable for a particular four-flow long-pitch tundish than the circular annular and octagonal controllers. It is found that the law of beam strength was circular annular turbulence controller > octagonal turbulence controller > quadrilateral turbulence controller. In addition to the original beam function,the turbulence controller had the function of steel flow diversion.
