摘 要:通过连铸机拉钢过程中坯壳发生粘结、纵裂及异物卷入漏钢时坯壳特征、坯壳与钢板间温度及摩擦力特征变化,对热电偶信息源、热通量信息源及结晶器与坯壳间摩擦力、摩擦功信息源的特征变化建立基于热-力信息融合的智能漏钢预报系统。该漏钢预报系统漏钢预报的准确率由原系统的71.43%提高到90.28%。During the process of drawing steel through continuous casting machine,the characteristics of the billet shell and the temperature and friction between the billet shell and the mould was change when the billet shell was bonded,cracked and foreign body was involved in the leaking steel. An intelligent steel breakoutprediction system based on heat and force information fusion was established for thermocouple information sources,heat flux information sources,friction between mould and shell and friction information sources. The accuracy of breakout prediction system was increased from 71. 43 % to 90. 28 %.
