摘　　要：加强医疗机构发热门诊临床实验室的建设,提高其检测、筛查、预警和防控能力。在发热门诊临床实验室建设过程中,医学检验科应做好资源储备,根据临床诊疗和疫情防控需求合理开展检验项目,应充分考虑到特定发热情势下的特殊检验需求及疫情防控常态化要求。按照临床需求、合理布局、平战结合、规范管理、确保质量和安全的原则,通过与北京医学会检验医学分会、北京市临床检验中心、北京市医学检验质量控制和改进中心及相关领域专家沟通,采用发放调查问卷、征求建议等方式,从组织管理、检验项目、基础设施、仪器设备、信息系统、岗位设置、人力资源配置、质量控制与监测、物资储备及管理、职业健康等方面入手,就医疗机构发热门诊临床实验室能力建设达成共识,以提升医疗机构发热门诊临床实验室哨点监测作用。This expert consensus is intended to strengthen the construction of clinical laboratories for fever clinics in medical institutions,improve their capabilities of detection,screening,early warning,prevention and control of disease outbreak.In the process of establishing the clinical laboratory for fever clinics,the medical laboratory department should ensure sufficientsupplies and resources,provide suitabletest items according to the needs of clinical diagnosis,treatment,and epidemic prevention.Full consideration should be given to the special test requirements under specific circumstances and long-term epidemic prevention and control.Based on clinical needs,reasonable layout,combination of normal and epidemic time,standard management,safety and qualityensurement,experts from Beijing Center for Quality Control and Improvement of Medical Laboratory,Branch of Laboratory Medicine of Beijing Medical Association and Beijing Center for Clinical Laboratories issued questionnaires and solicited advice.Consensus was reached on the capacity building of fever clinic laboratory in medical institutions,which included the aspects of organization and management,test items,infrastructure,instrument and equipment,information system,job setting,human resources,quality control and monitoring,material reserve,occupational health.This expert consensus enhances the role of sentinel monitoring of fever clinic laboratory in medical institutions.
