摘 要:随着电网低频事件的不断增多和超超临界机组的不断投产,该类型机组电网低频响应能力的重要性愈发凸显。电网低频响应最新补偿标准颁布,超超临界机组电网低频响应能力提升改造已被发电企业提上日程。通过对目前较为成熟的多项一次调频优化措施进行可行性分析,提出适当提高低负荷段的滑压曲线,结合高加抽气回热技术、增加大频差控制逻辑的方法进行超超临界机组低频响应能力提升改造能够达到预期目标,可作为今后同类型机组在电网低频响应能力提升改造时的理论依据。At present,the low-frequency response capability of ultra-supercritical units becomes significantly important with the increase of low-frequency events in power grid and the continuous production of ultra-supercritical units.As the latest compensation standard for low-frequency response of power grid issues,it can be seen that the upgrading of low-frequency response capacity of ultra-supercritical power grid has been put on the agenda of power generation enterprises.Through the feasibility analysis of several mature optimization measures of primary frequency regulation,it proposes to appropriately increase the sliding pressure curve of low load section,combine with the technology of air extraction and heat recovery of high-pressure heater and increase the control logic of large-frequency difference,so as to improve the low-frequency response ability of ultra-supercritical units.In this way,it can achieve the expected goal,which can be used as the theoretical basis for improving the low-frequency response capacity of the same type of units in the future.
