摘 要:随着电厂节能降耗工作的不断推进,在热力系统中增设低低温省煤器是节能环保、提质增效的有效措施之一。对低低温省煤器烟气余热深度利用改造进行了详细介绍,利用等效焓降法基本原理,建立了相关能耗分析计算模型。对某330 MW电厂的系统热经济性进行了定性分析、定量计算,得出了机组额定工况下的各项节能指标。分析表明:采用低低温省煤器深度回收烟气余热可减少锅炉排烟热损失、降低排烟温度、减小汽轮机热耗率,节约机组发电煤耗2.18g/(kW·h),年节约燃料费用约158万元,节能效果显著。With the continuous advancement of energy saving and consumption reduction in power plants,the addition of low-temperature economizers in thermal systems is one of the effective measures for energy saving,environmental protection,and quality and efficiency improvement.The deep utilization and reformation of low-temperature economizer flue gas waste heat was introduced in detail.Based on the basic principle of the equivalent enthalpy drop method,the relevant energy consumption analysis calculation model was established.The qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation of the system thermal economy of a 330 MW power plant were carried out,and various energy-saving indexes of the unit under rated operating conditions were obtained.The analysis shows that using low temperature economizers to deeply recover the flue gas waste heat can reduce the heat loss of the flue gas of the boiler,lower the temperature of the flue gas,and decrease the heat consumption rate of the steam turbine.It can cut down 2.18 g/(kW·h)coal consumption for power generation,and save fuel cost of about 1.58 million yuan per year,with remarkable energy saving effect.
