摘 要:脊髓损伤可使患者致残,降低预期寿命与生活质量,并因此给患者及其家庭带来沉重的经济负担。脊髓功能监测可以及时发现损伤并做出相应的处理,从而有效降低脊髓损伤的发生率。文章主要介绍了目前几种常用的脊髓功能监测手段,包括神经电生理监测(体感诱发电位、运动诱发电位、肌电图)和漫射光学。神经电生理监测是目前最常用手段,漫射光学作为一种新的技术,在脊髓监测中也有其独特的优势,而未来漫射光学在脊髓监测中的应用也会越来越普遍。Spinal cord injury can result in disability,reduce life expectancy and quality of life,and therefore bring heavy economic burden to patients and their families.Spinal cord monitoring can detect the injury in time and make corresponding treatment,thus effectively reduce the incidence of spinal cord injury.Therefore,this paper mainly introduces several commonly used spinal cord function monitoring methods,including neurophysiology(somatosensory evoked potential,motor evoked potential,and electromyogram)and diffuse optics.Neuroelectrophysiological monitoring is the most commonly used means at present.As a new technology,diffuse optics has its unique advantages in spinal cord monitoring,and its application in spinal cord monitoring will become more and more common in the future.
