摘 要:针对超高相对分子量聚乙烯纤维机织布(UHMWPE Fiber Woven Fabric)表面浸润性差、与树脂基体界面黏结度低的缺点,采用等离子电晕放电处理方法对其表面进行改性,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、高湿界面张力仪、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等测试手段探究改性前后机织布表面的物理性质和化学结构变化情况。结果表明:经过改性处理的机织布,其表面在SEM下呈现较明显的蚀坑,特别是丝束搭接处蚀坑密度大;机织布表面水接触角随着电流强度增加而逐渐减小,润湿性增强;机织布表面明显引入了羟基、羰基和羧基等基团,且随着电流强度增加,机织布表面的含氧基团增加。In response to the problems of poor wettability surface of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber woven fabric(UHMWPEFWF) and its low interfacial adhesion to resin matrix, plasma corona discharge method was used for surface modification of UHMWPEFWF. The surface structural properties of UHMWPEFWF before and after the modification were investigated through SEM, high-humidity interfacial tension tester, FTIR and XPS. The results show that, after modification,the surface roughness of woven fabric and especially the density of pits at the overlap of tow increase’s obviously;the surface wettability is enhanced and the contact angle decreases with the current intensity;hydroxyl, carbonyl, and carboxyl groups on the woven fabric surface increase with the increase of current intensity.
