摘 要:国标GB/T 17593.2—2007是纺织品中可萃取重金属检测的标准方法,但该方法存在标准工作溶液(超纯水基体)和待测样品(酸性汗液基体)基体不一致的问题。以重金属Cd、Pb测定为例,研究基体对测定灵敏度、加标回收率及等离子体焰炬温度的影响,并对测定结果进行显著性检验。结果表明:酸性汗液基体工作曲线的灵敏度低于超纯水基体工作曲线的灵敏度约20%,测定样品中可萃取Cd、Pb含量时,基体不匹配时的Cd、Pb加标回收率为80%~83%,而基体匹配时的加标回收率为99.0%~103.2%,酸性汗液基体的等离子焰炬温度比超纯水基体低约750 K,两种基体工作曲线的测定结果之间存在系统误差,基体不匹配会造成测量结果的严重偏低,因此,在纺织品可萃取重金属的测试中应考虑基体匹配,以酸性汗液为基体来配制标准工作溶液。GB/T 17593.2—2007 is an important method for extractable heavy metals detection in textiles, but there is matrix difference between standard working solutions(ultra-pure water matrix) and test specimen(acidic sweat matrix). Taken the detection of heavy metals Cd、Pb as the case study, the effects of matrix on sensitivity, spike recovery and the temperature of ICP torch were studied and the significance test of the detection results was carried out. The results show that the sensitivity of Cd and Pb in artificial sweat solutions is 20% less than its in ultra-pure water and the spike recovery is less 20%. In detecting the extractable content of Cd, Pb in test specimen, the spike recovery with matrix matching is 99.0%-103.2%, and the spike recovery without matrix matching is 80%-83%. The temperature of plasma torch of acidic sweat matrix is 750 K lower that of ultra-pure water matrix. There is a significant difference between the two methods with different matrix through F test and t-test and mismatching matrix will lead to a lower test results. For this reason, it is necessary to use acid sweat solution to dilute standard sample in order to keep the same matrix environment between standard solutions and unknown sample solutions.
