摘　　要：半乳糖凝集素-9(galectin-9,Gal-9)是凝集素家族的成员之一,在自然杀伤细胞、树突状细胞、巨噬细胞、辅助性T细胞及调节性T细胞等多种细胞均有表达。T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子-3(T cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain-3,Tim-3)与配体Gal-9相互作用,在不同免疫细胞介导不同的免疫调节作用,而且与多种疾病状态有关,如自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤、病毒感染及妊娠相关疾病等。本文综述了Tim-3-Gal-9通路通过调节固有免疫及适应性免疫应答以维持妊娠免疫耐受的机制及作用,并展望将其作为妊娠相关疾病免疫治疗新靶点的前景。Galectin-9(Gal-9)is a member of the lectin family expressed in NK cells,dendritic cells,macrophages,T helper cells,regulatory T cells,etc.T cell immunoglobulin domain and mucin domain-3(Tim-3)interact with ligand Gal-9 mediating different immune regulatory effects in different immune cells.This Tim-3/Gal-9 pathway is associated with various conditions,such as autoimmune diseases,tumors,virus infections,and pregnancy-related diseases.This paper reviews the role of the Tim-3/Gal-9 pathway in maintaining immune tolerance in pregnancy by regulating innate and adaptive immune responses and its potential as a new target for immunotherapy in pregnancy-related diseases.
