摘　　要：目的了解2014-2019年上海市某地区新确诊艾滋病人群免疫水平的变化及人群的分布情况,为更好开展该地区的艾滋病防治工作提供研究依据。方法采用回顾性调查的方法,于2019年4月对上海市某区近5年新确诊的艾滋病毒感染者进行分析,分析当年确诊对象免疫水平的变化趋势以及不同传播途径的差异情况。结果共收集新确诊艾滋病毒感染者590例,其中男性538例,女性52例,平均年龄(34.4±10.3)岁。近5年新确诊艾滋病毒感染者的CD4^+T计数水平呈不断下降的趋势。艾滋病毒感染者的CD4^+T计数水平随年龄的增加而下降,但在60岁以上的人群中发现有上升的现象。不同传播途径感染者之间CD4^+T水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论近年来该地区艾滋病防治工作所面临的形势十分严峻,应加大力度做好艾滋病的早发现工作,同时做好60岁以上老年人群的艾滋病防治工作。Objective To understand the changes of immune level and population distribution of newly diagnosed AIDS patients in some areas of Shanghai from 2014 to 2019,and provide research basis for better AIDS prevention and control work.Methods A retrospective survey was conducted in April 2019 to analyze the newly diagnosed HIV-infected persons in Baoshan districts of Shanghai in recent five years.The changing trend of immune level was analyzed and immune levels were compared in HIV infectors of different transmission routes.Results A total of 590 newly diagnosed HIV infectors were collected,including 538 males and 52 females,with an average age of(34.4±10.3) years old.In the past five years,the CD4^+T counts of newly diagnosed HIV infectors showed a downward trend;the CD4^+T counts of HIV infectors decreased with age.However,the CD4^+T counts increased in those over 60 years.There was no significant statistical difference in CD4^+T counts among HIV infectors of different transmission routes(P>0.05).Conclusion In recent years,the situation of AIDS prevention and control in this area was very serious.Early detection of AIDS and the AIDS prevention among the elderly over60 years old must be strengthened as soon as possible.
