2008~2018年沈阳市居民心血管病死亡变化趋势分析

摘　　要：目的了解沈阳市居民心血管病死亡特征,为制定心血管病防控政策提供依据。方法依据ICD-10编码提取沈阳市居民全死因数据库中的心血管病死亡数据,计算粗死亡率、标化死亡率、性别、年龄别死亡率、死亡构成比及相关指标,并进行趋势分析。结果2008~2018年沈阳市居民心血管病年均粗死亡率为395.00/10万,呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.01),年均标化死亡率为264.59/10万,变化无显著差异(P>0.05),男性粗死亡率(445.64/10万)和标化死亡率(299.12/10万)均高于女性(345.07/10万、232.46/10万)(P<0.01),心血管病粗死亡率(395.00/10万)和标化死亡率(264.59/10万)均随年龄增长呈上升趋势(P<0.01)。心血管病死亡人群中,75岁以上为心血管病死亡主要人群,占57.51%;缺血性心脏病和脑血管病为主要类型,占88.13%。结论2008~2018年沈阳市居民心血管病死亡率居高不下。Objective To understand the mortality characteristics of cardiovascular disease among residents in Shenyang city,so as to provide the basis for formulating cardiovascular disease prevention and control policies.Methods According to the ICD-10 code,the cardiovascular disease death data of residents was extracted from the all-cause death database in Shenyang city,the crude mortality,standardized mortality,gender and age specific mortality,death composition ratio and related indicators were calculated,and the trend analysis was performed.Results From 2008 to 2018,the crude mortality of cardiovascular disease among residents in Shenyang city was 395.00/10~6,and it showed increase trend during the preiod(P<0.01).The standardized mortality of cardiovascular disease was 264.59/10~6,with no statistically significant difference among years(P>0.05).The crude mortality(445.64/10~6)and standardized mortality(299.12/10~6)of male were higher than those of female(345.07/10~6,232.46/10~6)(P<0.01).The crude mortality(395.00/10~6)and standardized mortality(264.59/10~6)of cardiovascular disease increased with age(P<0.01).Among the cardiovascular death population,people aged over 75 years old was the main group,accounting for 57.51%,while ischemic heart disease and cerebrovascular disease were the main types,accounting for 88.13%.Conclusion From 2008 to 2018,the mortality of cardiovascular disease among residents in Shenyang city remains high.
