摘　　要：目的了解威海市儿童预防接种门诊运营状况,为免疫规划政策制订提供依据。方法通过对威海市2014和2018年儿童预防接种门诊建设情况、运转情况、人员配备、收入和支出情况进行对比分析,对当前威海市儿童预防接种门诊的运营状况进行综合评价。结果2014和2018年,威海市数字化预防接种门诊建设覆盖率分别为50.00%(43/86)和100.00%(89/89),主要开诊方式分别为旬运转(62.79%、54/86)和周运转(80.90%、72/89),每月运转天数分别为6.66和6.23 d;每小时接种人次分别为12.48和14.69人次;门诊工作人员分别为4.66和5.32人。2014和2018年,预防接种门诊年均支出成本分别为65806和99102元,每剂次支出成本分别为9.43和12.91元;年均收入分别为144286和85426元,年均净收益则分别为78480和-13676元。结论威海市预防接种门诊建设和服务水平进一步提高,支出大幅度上升,收入大幅度下降。Objective To understand the operation status of children’s vaccination clinics in Weihai city,so as to provide the basis for the formulation of immunization planning policies.Methods To make a comprehensive evaluation of the current status of children’s vaccination clinics by the comparative analysis of the construction,operation,staffing,income and expenditure of children’s vaccination clinics in 2014 and 2018 in Weihai city.Results In 2014 and 2018,the coverage rate of digitized vaccination clinic was 50.00%(43/86)and 100.00%(89/89),respectively.The main opening model were 10-day run(62.79%,54/86)and weekly run(80.90%,72/89),respectively.The numbers of opening days were 6.66 and 6.23 days per month,respectively;the doses of vaccination were 12.48 and 14.69 doses per hour,respectively;the average number of staffs were 4.66 and 5.32 per clinic respectively.In 2014 and 2018,the average annual costs of vaccination clinic were 65806 and 99102 yuan per clinic,respectively.The dose costs were 9.43 and 12.91 yuan per dose.The annual income was 144286 and 85426 yuan per clinic,respectively.The annual net income was 78480 and-13676 yuan per clinic.Conclusion The level of vaccination clinics construction and service have been further improved,but the cost of vaccination clinics has increased and the income has decreased substantially.
